MW Tomato Chutney
Though Cooking in Microwave is easy n fast my family is not a great fan of Microwave cooking. If there is is a dish that my family would relish making in the MW it would be Tomato Chutney. Cauliflower Stalks n Carrot Pachidi
Pachidi is either sweet or sweet n sour. It is can be had as an accompaniment to biryanis, Pualo etc.,

Aliyar Sambal/ Spicy OnionSambal
Onions plays the vital role in our cooking. It has many medicinal values too. You still can cook a few dishes skipping onions, but there are few dishes in which you cannot ommit them at all. Sweet Mango Chutney
Call it as Chutney or pickle this sweet mango chutney tastes very delicious. Its both Sweet and Sour. Use only unripe mangoes for this chutney but if you are able to obtain only ripe mangoes reduce the cooking time as the mangoes turn into pulp. Store in a sterilized glass jar in the refrigator.
