Tandoori Gobi Butter Masala
I like trying out any different curry I taste while dining out. Most of the time I Succeed by making the gravy of the same taste. One such is this Tandoori Gobi Butter Masala. We had this with Naan in a local restaurant here in UAE n we really liked it. Never had Tandoori Gobi masala all we have had is Butter chicken or paneer Butter masala. This was completely new. Churros con Chocolate Caliente
Does the name sound something funny, its just Spanish Doughnut with Spanish Hot Chocolate.
Churros is a famous Spanish breakfast n is accompanied by Chocolate Caliente. In Spain Churros is made with a special instrument called Churrera. Paruppu Urundai Kuzhambu/ Lentil kofta gravy
Paruppu Urundai Kuzhambu is one of the dish I wanted to make for a very long time but I didnt get the right recipe. When I saw this recipe in Kamala Boopathy's blog I immediately bookmarked it. Crispy Veggie Sago Vadai
What a long n hot weekend it was, just didnt have time to sit in front of the laptop. Last week on Thursday had some leftover cooked rice from what i made for lunch. Since the next day was Friday the rice wouldnt be of use, was just thinking what do with a cup of rice. Kara Sev- ICC
When Srivalli announced Kara Sev for this month's challenge I was very happy coz This is one of our fav snack n I prepare them now n them. Idly n Variations
What could be a simple food than our all time fav Idly. Goes perfect with sambars, chutneysn gravies. You can make innumerable variations n make innumerable dishes out from the Idly batter. Comes in handy to make Crispy Dosas, Uthappam, Paniyaram etc., The unfermented Idly Batter Stays fresh in the refrigerator for a fortnight n can be frozen too. Soccer Ball Uthappam
Uthappam is one the favorite tifffin items in South India. The toppings for it is innumerable. Goes perfect with Sambar or chutney. I prepare Uthappam with Onion topping or Paneer topping. Since the soccer fever is on I wanted to make them in Soccer ball pattern. Cut the paneer slices in the required patterns, fried them n arranged them in the soccer ball pattern.
