Broccoli Soy Pulkas
This is my first recipe using the broccoli stuffing. I made Pulkas with Soy flour, wheat flour and the stuffing. The pulkas were extremely soft and tasty. There was no bitterness from the broccoli and my son who dislikes green vegetables gobbeled up the pulkas fast. You can serve them on their own or serve it with raita.
This also makes a great picnic dish and also perfect for your kids lunch box
