MW Spicy Masoor Dhal with Corn

This is the first time Im making Dhal in Microwave, n I got it right, Was having a packet of Masoor Dhal n Didnt known what to do, used some to make out adai, but didnt know what do. Indian Stir-fry vegetables

Always wanted to try Stir fry vegetables for a long time and finally arrived in Indianizing the recipe. I served it with Chick peas chappati and It tasted great. I used Carrots, Beans, Peas, Potatoes, Green and Red bell pepper, Sweet corn and Cauliflower. You can choose from any of the vegetables and there is no fixed rule on the amount of each vegetables, All together it should come up to 2 1/2

Bake parotta with capsicum and chicken gravy

Bake parotta. does the name seem odd to you? well its a simple version of fried parotta, which is very easy and simple to make. You can have it with any gravy but today I made this capsicum and chiken gravy which is a no onion and no garlic gravy.
