Indian Stir-fry vegetables
Always wanted to try Stir fry vegetables for a long time and finally arrived in Indianizing the recipe. I served it with Chick peas chappati and It tasted great. I used Carrots, Beans, Peas, Potatoes, Green and Red bell pepper, Sweet corn and Cauliflower. You can choose from any of the vegetables and there is no fixed rule on the amount of each vegetables, All together it should come up to 2 1/2

Chick peas or garbanzo beans is loaded with nutrients and when it combines with whole wheat flour then it is a complete nutrient packed dish. Next time you buy jackfruit donot throw away the seeds, Dry them in the sun and remove the white layer and the brown layer. Now you can use them in gravies. Try this moong dhal gravy with jackfruit seeds and you will surely love this gravy. Dry Prawn Fry
Dry Prawn Fry the all time favorite and the perfect side dish is very easy to make and spicy too.
You need:
Prawn 200gms
Chilli powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
Jeera powder 1/2 tsp

Bake parotta with capsicum and chicken gravy
Bake parotta. does the name seem odd to you? well its a simple version of fried parotta, which is very easy and simple to make. You can have it with any gravy but today I made this capsicum and chiken gravy which is a no onion and no garlic gravy. Thengai Pal Sodhi
This sodhi has always been my favorite and its one recipe which is tasty and can also be made in a jiffy. Any non-vegan side dish goes very well with the sodhi. I prefer it with Dry-prawn-fry and Its a perfect combo.
